During its tour of duty in South Vietnam mid-1968 to mid-1969, the V3 Infantry Rifle Company had one member killed in action. On return to New Zealand the number of surviving personnel is diminishing. The following Roll of Honour is a record of the known names who were either:
- Killed in action during subsequent service in South Vietnam
- Passed away following return to New Zealand
- New Zealand Operational Service Medal
- Vietnam Medal
- New Zealand General Service Medal 1992 [Warlike] clasped VIETNAM
